I myself am currently reading Infinite Jest and have definitely fallen in love with DFW's writing. Just today I came across this article on the net and was moved to tears. Almost a year gone by since he decided he could take it no longer. I regret not having found about him earlier. Silly thing, though, because what difference would it have made to him? Sorry for the written babbling...
